2. Choose a convenient local pickup window
Our team confirms that pickup in your part of Metro Atlanta is free (it is) and offers a pickup window, usually within a few business days. We consider rush hour patterns on I-285, I-20, and GA-400 and your access needs. You can request morning, afternoon, or early evening when available, and we’ll coordinate with the towing partner that regularly serves your area.
3. Prepare your Georgia title and keys
Before your tow truck arrives, remove personal items, GA license plates if you wish, and locate your Georgia title. We’ll guide you on where to sign the title as the seller/donor under Georgia rules. On pickup day, leave the signed title and keys in the agreed secure spot (such as the glovebox or with a concierge) so the driver can complete the tow even if you’re not home.
4. Make the car accessible for a flatbed or tow truck
Ensure the vehicle is in a place a tow truck can reach — driveway, parking lot, or legal street parking.
